Instructions
Pancakes **1 cup Bob's Red Mill® Homestyle Pancake & Waffle Mix **2/3 cup cold water **Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium heat. In a bowl, stir pancake mix and water until just combined. Pour 1/4-cup portions of batter onto the hot griddle or pan. Cook until bubbly, then flip and cook until the center is set, about 1-2 minutes per side. Serve immediately. Makes 6 pancakes. **Waffles **1 1/4 cups Bob's Red Mill® Homestyle Pancake & Waffle Mix **2/3 cup cold water **2 tbsp oil **Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. In a bowl, stir all ingredients until just combined. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles. Makes about 3 waffles. **Just add water
