    VICKS Sinex Micromist is a nasal spray containing:

    1. Oxymetazoline hydrochloride

    Directions for Use:

    1. (Adults and children over 12 years) 1-2 sprays per nostril every 6-8 hours unless otherwise advised by your doctor.

    2. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
