• Anticonvulsants, e.g. phenobarbital, phenytoin, carbamazepine
• Rifampicin, erythromycin, clarithromycin, itraconazole
• Other treatments for erectile dysfunction

Can I take this product if my partner and I are trying to become pregnant?

If you’re trying to conceive, you should speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Cialis. Studies have shown that some men could see a reduction in sperm after taking this product, although this is unlikely to lead to a lack of fertility.

How to take this product

You should only take Cialis as your doctor instructs, so make sure to listen to their directions carefully. You will usually be advised to take one Cialis tablet around 30 minutes before you plan to have sex. Do not take more than one dose a day.

When should this medication not be used?

• Leukaemia
• Any deformation of the penis
• Liver or kidney problems
• Had pelvic surgery
• Had all or part of your prostate gland removed
• Sudden loss of vision or hearing

Does Cialis have any side effects?

Like all medications, Cialis can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them. If you experience any of the following side effects while using this product, stop use and seek medical assistance immediately:

• Symptoms of allergic reaction, e.g. rashes, swelling of the mouth, tongue, throat, or face, difficulty breathing, etc.
• Chest pain – if you experience this, do not take any nitrates and seek immediate medical assistance
• Priapism, which means that you have a prolonged, possibly painful erection. If you have an erection for more than 4 hours, seek medical assistance
• Sudden loss of vision

Other common side effects you may experience include:

• Headache
• Back pain
• Muscle aches
• Pain in arms and legs
• Facial flushing
• Nasal congestion
• Indigestion

How to store this product
